Q: How long does it take?
A: 7 days (one week) from confirmed design and material in hand until ready for shipping or pickup. Shorter times may be available for a rush charte.
Q: What materials can you personalize?
A: Laser engraving works well on wood, acrylic, leather, slate, powder coated metal, anodized aluminum.
Q: Is it food safe?
A: Usually Yes. We only use food safe finishes for anything that will touch food (i.e. cutting boards, utensils, serving trays, Displays). For signs and wall displays, we may use non-food grade materials for certain looks.
Q: What if I want something personalized, but I don’t have a clear idea of what I want?
A: Give us a call or text. We can shoot around past examples and possible ideas based on the information you provide. Our main goal is to get you a unique and personalized product.
